Responsibilities：

1.Responsible for the maintenance and development of the sales market in the region

2.Responsible for product publicity, promotion and sales in the region, and achieve sales target

3.Maintain effective communication with clinical departments, help departments solve business and clinical quality problems, assist departments to promote the development of neurological intervention, and promote department visibility

4.Manage channel partners, maintain customer relationship with channel partners, do product related training, assist to complete bidding work

5.Conduct regional clinical training activities and attend academic conferences

6.Complete and submit the sales report required by the company regularly

Qualifications

1.Bachelor degree or above, with sales experience and strong sales ability, familiar with high value consumables sales, procurement mode is preferred

2.Sales experience of interventional high value consumables is preferred

3.Good communication skills, able to communicate well with doctors, agents and supervisors

4.Good learning ability, able to self-study clinical and product knowledge, actively participate in the company's training, and constantly improve the professional technical level

5.Good executive ability, take initiative to complete the tasks assigned by superiors and other departments

6.Good team work spirit

Responsibilities：

1.Sales support: provide sales tools to the sales team, including making leaflets, editing PPT for training, designing and reviewing some advertising content. Provide training to sales and agency team, and provide clinical support when necessary. Maintain the relationship with the KOL doctor.

2.Marketing activities: Make and manage the company's annual marketing plan, including academic annual meeting, promotion meeting, etc., propose the annual budget based on it, manage the budget, and strictly implement the company's budget management system; Organize discussion, planning and determination of new product launch promotion activities, and put the established plan into practice.

3.Product management: maintain and manage existing products, regularly communicate with production and R&D to ensure the correctness of product information and timely release of new functions. According to the new product launch plan, timely obtain relevant product information from R&D department and translate it into market language. Product sample trial and follow up.

4.Team building: Provide work guidance to subordinate product specialists, and arrange their work content reasonably.

5.Supervise and check the daily work progress of subordinates, provide improvement suggestions.

Qualifications

1.University degree or above, medical background is preferred

2.At least 3 years relevant working experience, with rich clinical knowledge and product knowledge.

3.Knowledge and skills to provide training to subordinates, sales teams, agents or customers.

4.Familiar with product development process and launch management process.

5.Good data analysis and processing skills.

6.Keen market insight.
